A high energy, high impact cardiovascular workout, designed to increase the heart rate and to to maximize your exercise routine. Will use interval training, like you would with a personal trainer but with friends. You’ll leave feeling energized, ready to take on anything you encounter in your day.

1. Weigh yourself
2. Take the number of pounds you weigh and multiply that by 2/3
3. That is the number of ounces you should drink everyday
This Class on a Friday is a combination of calisthenics, floor exercises, and strength and cardio training exercises to increase your level of fitness. This class will use strengthening exercises incorporating MED balls & dumbbells
It focuses on strengthening exercises for all areas of the abdominals, obliques and lower back.
Come challenge yourself and get a great workout!
