Aqua Aerobics

Are high intensity with great results...

Every Tuesday & Thursday 7.00 - 8.00 pm & Saturdays at 10.30 am (replacing the child lessons as shown on timetable)

Great for cardio-respiratory training and core strength also helps Builds muscle, increases aerobic fitness, improves flexibility. Aqua Aerobics is suitable for every fitness level - from beginning exercisers through elite athletes. Actual calories burned depend on individual body parameters.

This popular intense water workout includes cardio and abdominal and core workout in an interval format to help tone and sculpt without impact to the joints.  

Ladies can enjoy this special time at the pool.. And now can add a Sauna or Steam at 
the end of their session
